Need to make a return? No problem!

We know some orders just don't work out, so we try and make it easy to make it right.

You have 3 easy options:

Return for Credit:

Couldn't be easier! File a return and we'll send you a FREE shipping label to return your items. When we get your items back, we'll issue you a gift card.

Note: This option is only available for U.S. Domestic Orders.
Return for Refund:

You are responsible for shipping your items back to us. When you create a return, we'll send you the information. Once your return is received, we'll issue a refund using the same payment method you used to pay originally.

Return for Replacement:

If we screwed up, or your items were defective, let us know and we will handle the details to make it right!

Returns Policy and Information

Eligibility Window: Returns must be initiated within 14 days, and received within 30 days, of the original shipping date as indicated in shipping emails and on postage labels. Returns outside this window may not be accepted.

International orders are eligible for a 30 day window (received within 60), but they are not eligible for the Refund for Credit option due to the high cost of international shipping.

Items Not Eligible for Refund or Store Credit:
  • Items marked as clearance or final sale.
  • Glasses or Eyewear of any kind
  • Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
  • Returns received in damaged/worn condition.
  • Returns initiated after 14 days of the original order shipment date.
  • Shipping charges, except in cases where we have made an error or the items were defective.

Packaging Requirements:

Swimwear: Must be returned with hygienic liner intact. Swimwear received without the hygienic liner is non-returnable and will receive no refund or store credit. Customer will be responsible for return shipping if they wish to have the item returned.

Shoes: Must be returned with original shoebox. Please place it inside a larger packing box or wrap it in brown paper. Shoes returned with postage stickers on the original shoebox are non-refundable and will receive no refund or store credit.

Price Match:

We will price match if an item you purchased went on sale within 14 days of your purchase. We will not honor coupons or discount codes on prior purchases.

Exchanges:

We will only accept exchanges if you need a different size from the one you received. If you would like a different product, please select our Return for Credit option.

How to Make a Return

  • Step 1: Initiate a Return using our easy returns form here. Please make sure to indicate which type of return you would like to initate.
  • Step 2: We will respond to you within 1-2 business days with instructions!
  • Step 3: Ship the items back to us! If you are Returning for Credit or Replacement, we will provide a shipping label. If you are returning for a refund, ship it back to the address provided in the instructions.
  • Step 4: Once we receive your items, we will issue a refund, credit, or ship a replacement. If your tracking code says we've received your return and you haven't gotten an email from us within 3 business days, please let us know by emailing csr@littleblackdiamond.com
